1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received and artwork is approved (if applicable).

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. Customers will be notified if delays occur.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Standard U.S. Shipping: 2–5 business days

Expedited Shipping (if selected): 1–3 business days

Please note:

Production time is separate from shipping time.
Delivery estimates begin after your order has been produced and shipped.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method.

Ghost Printz Co may offer:

Flat-rate shipping

Free shipping on qualifying orders

Promotional shipping discounts

Rates are subject to change without notice.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered:

Ghost Printz Co is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments.

Address changes must be requested before shipment.

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Ghost Printz Co is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

If your package is marked delivered but not received:

Please contact the shipping carrier first.

Then contact us for assistance.

We will help file claims when applicable.

7. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

Provide photos of the packaging and product.

We will review and arrange a replacement if approved.

8. International Shipping

(If applicable — remove if U.S. only)

Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
